About the Founder

Saba Lobsang Prajna Tsewang Lhamo
(Chinese name: Fanglin Liu)

Born in Kangding and shaped by more than ten years in the Tibetan region;
raised in Chengdu through more than a decade of growth in mainland China;
and professionally cultivated through more than ten years in Paris.

In 2018, she graduated from CY Cergy Paris University with a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.

In 2020, she completed her postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance at SKEMA Business School. During this time, she worked with Ping An Bank, CITIC Bank, HSBC, focusing on wealth management, corporate financing, and private real estate debt. And worked in travel businesses in Paris. At the same time she was also deeply involved in a restaurant investment project in Paris and a hotel investment project in the Tibetan region.

That same year, she founded Heli Bird Delivery in Paris and LFL Consulting & Co, a hospitality investment advisory firm.

From 2021 to 2024, she worked with a leading investment advisory firm in the cultural tourism and leisure sector across Asia and Europe.

Since 2024, LFL Consulting & Co has evolved into LFL Partners, focused on global resource matching across restaurants, hotels, and private real estate.

Since 2025, she has co-founded Konghe Capital, a co-investment platform dedicated to these sectors.

In 2026, she founded Saba Travel.
