About the Founder

Saba Lobsang Prajna Tsewang Lhamo
(Chinese name: Liu Fanglin).

I was born in Kangding, Tibet, where I spent the first decade of my life; raised in Chengdu, China for another ten years; and later shaped by more than a decade of living and studying in Paris, France.

In 2018, I graduated from CY Cergy Paris University with a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. In 2020, I completed my postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance at SKEMA Business School. During those years, I interned and worked with institutions including Ping An Bank, CITIC, HSBC, and cultural tourism enterprises in Paris, focusing on wealth management, real estate finance, and restaurant & hotel investment.

That same year, I founded Flying Bird Delivery, an emotional dining platform in Paris, as well as LFL Consulting & Co, a hospitality and investment advisory firm.

From 2021 to 2024, I worked with leading investment and advisory institutions across Asia and Europe, specializing in the cultural tourism and leisure sectors.

Since 2024, I have led the transition of LFL Consulting & Co into LFL Partners, focusing on restaurant, hotel, and private real estate investment and financing. Since 2025, I have also co-founded Konghe Capital, dedicated to technology and asset-based investments across hospitality, hotels, and real estate.

In 2026, I founded Saba Travel.

After turning thirty, and reflecting on every chapter of my life, I chose to devote more of my time, energy, and spirit to what I truly love.
